Version 1.0 — Effective August 1, 2026
By creating an account on TeleMedCare ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and El Zahaaby TeleMedCare Ltd.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register. Users under 18 may only use the Platform with verified parental or guardian consent, in accordance with Egyptian PDPL Article 4 and Nigerian NDPR Section 2.1.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
TeleMedCare connects patients with licensed healthcare providers for remote consultations. The Platform facilitates but does not provide medical services directly. All medical decisions and diagnoses are the responsibility of the consulting healthcare professional.
Telehealth consultations are not a substitute for in-person emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
Consultation fees are set by individual doctors and displayed before booking. A platform booking fee may apply. All fees are charged at the time of booking confirmation. Refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy configured by the platform administrator.
Patients may cancel appointments subject to the refund tiers displayed at booking. Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without cancellation will be recorded as a no-show. Repeated no-shows may result in account review.
Doctors must maintain valid medical licences for their jurisdiction, provide accurate credential information, and deliver care in accordance with applicable medical standards and ethics. The Platform verifies credentials but does not supervise clinical practice.
You agree not to:
All Platform content, branding, and technology are owned by El Zahaaby TeleMedCare Ltd. You retain ownership of your personal health data. By uploading content, you grant the Platform a limited licence to process it for service delivery purposes only.
The Platform is provided "as is." We are not liable for clinical outcomes, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the Platform except where required by applicable law. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, upon notice where practicable. You may close your account at any time through Settings. Data retention and deletion follow our Privacy Policy and applicable regulations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Federal Republic of Nigeria, as applicable to your jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Cairo, Egypt, unless local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will require re-acceptance before continued use. We will notify you via email and an in-app prompt at least 14 days before changes take effect.
